3. Proofing & Quality Control
Every project goes through a proofing stage. We check colors, layout, and details against your brief before moving forward. This step reduces errors and avoids costly reprints.

4. Final Delivery
When production is complete, your order is delivered directly to you.

Plan 1 – Design Only
From £299 per project

Best suited if you already have a preferred print supplier. We’ll provide you with:

  • Custom design for business cards, brochures, leaflets, flyers, or posters
  • Print-ready artwork files in the correct formats
  • Guidance on file handover so your supplier can print without issues

Plan 2 – Design + Print Management
From £399 per project (plus print costs at supplier rates)

For clients who want a fully managed service. This plan includes:

  • Everything in Plan 1
  • Supplier management and coordination
  • Proofing and revision handling
  • Quality checks before production
  • Delivery of the finished materials to your chosen address

Printing costs depend on format, finishes, and order size - we provide clear quotes in advance so you know exactly what to expect.

Terms & Conditions

  • Printing costs are quoted separately and vary by quantity, material, and finish.
  • Agreed services only. Any changes after final approval may incur additional costs.
  • All final designs are transferred to the client once invoices are paid in full.

What types of printed materials can you design?

How much does printing cost?

Printing costs vary depending on size, paper stock, finishes, and order quantity. We’ll provide a clear quote once we know your requirements. This is always in addition to the design fee.

How long does the process take?

Design typically takes 5–10 working days, depending on complexity and feedback rounds. Printing and delivery usually add another 5–7 working days, but we’ll confirm realistic timelines at the start.

What if I need a small print run?

That’s fine — we can manage both short runs (e.g. 100 business cards) and larger orders. We’ll advise on the most cost-effective options based on your needs. We can adjust our pricing accordingly.

What happens if there’s an error in the print?

We have a proofing stage to catch mistakes before printing. If the issue is on our side or the supplier’s, we’ll resolve it. If changes are requested after final approval, additional costs may apply.

Do you handle the printing, or just the design?

We offer both. With our Design Only service, you receive print-ready artwork files. With our Design + Print Management service, we handle the entire process with trusted suppliers and deliver the finished materials to you.

Can I use my own printer or supplier?

Yes. If you already have a preferred supplier, we’ll prepare the artwork to their specifications and hand it over in the correct format.

Do I get the original design files?

Yes. Once invoices are paid in full, you’ll receive the final artwork files. This allows you to reuse or reprint them in the future without restrictions.

Can you match my brand colours exactly in print?

We use your brand colour values (Pantone, CMYK, or RGB) in the design process, and work with printers who offer consistent colour matching. However, minor variations can occur between digital and printed formats, depending on paper and finish.

Do you offer sustainable or eco-friendly printing options?

Yes. Many of our suppliers offer recycled paper stocks, vegetable-based inks, and carbon-neutral printing options. If sustainability is a priority, just let us know.
