  • Any significant changes in automation scope, features, or requirements after approval may incur additional charges  All such changes must be agreed in writing.
  • In the event of project termination by the Client after commencement, Funnal Ltd reserves the right to invoice for all work performed up to the date of cancellation. Charges will be calculated on a pro-rata basis and shall be payable in accordance with Funnal Ltd's standard billing terms.
  • Funnal Ltd reserves the right to display the completed automations in portfolios and marketing materials.
  • Automations are provided on a best-effort basis with ongoing monitoring and support included in the monthly retainer. No guarantee of 100% uptime or uninterrupted service.
  • Client is responsible for providing necessary system access and accurate data. We process information solely to deliver automation services as agreed.
  • Automations require compatible systems and software. Additional costs may apply if system upgrades are needed.
  • Client is responsible for any third-party software subscriptions, API usage fees, and platform costs required for automations to function.
  • We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or issues with third-party platforms and APIs that your automations depend on.

What exactly do you mean by “automation”?

Automation means using simple software and AI tools to take care of repetitive jobs - like sending reminders, logging data, or finding files - so you don’t have to.

How many automations do I get?

The one-off setup covers your first set of workflows (agreed in advance). With the “Support Retainer,” we’ll maintain those and keep adding up to two workflows a month.

What if something breaks?

Software updates and new tools come out all the time, which can sometimes cause automations to stop working. That’s what the Support Retainer is for - we’ll monitor your systems, fix issues quickly, and make sure everything keeps running smoothly.

Do I need to buy extra software?

Some automations use third-party tools (like CRMs, n8n, or cloud storage). If these require a subscription, you’ll need to cover that - but we’ll only recommend tools that fit your budget and are worth it.

What kind of results can I expect?

Most clients save several hours a week almost immediately. The bigger benefit, though, is peace of mind - jobs get done reliably, without you or your team needing to remember them.

Do I need to be technical to use this?

Not at all. We set everything up for you and explain it in plain English. Once it’s running, it just works in the background.

How long does setup take?

Most businesses are up and running within 2–3 weeks after the audit and planning stage.

Can I cancel the monthly retainer anytime?

Yes. Retainers run monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.

What if I want more complex or custom automations later on?

That’s fine - we can scope larger projects separately and quote based on the work involved.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We follow GDPR guidelines and only use your data to set up and maintain automations. We never share your information with third parties.
