Terms & Conditions · The small print

  1. Any significant changes in automation scope, features, or requirements after approval may incur additional charges. All such changes must be agreed in writing.
  2. In the event of project termination by the Client after commencement, Funnal Ltd reserves the right to invoice for all work performed up to the date of cancellation. Charges will be calculated on a pro-rata basis and shall be payable in accordance with Funnal Ltd's standard billing terms.
  3. Funnal Ltd reserves the right to display the completed automations in portfolios and marketing materials.
  4. Automations are provided on a best-effort basis with ongoing monitoring and support included in the monthly retainer. No guarantee of 100% uptime or uninterrupted service.
  5. Client is responsible for providing necessary system access and accurate data. We process information solely to deliver automation services as agreed.
  6. Automations require compatible systems and software. Additional costs may apply if system upgrades are needed.
  7. Client is responsible for any third-party software subscriptions, API usage fees, and platform costs required for automations to function.
  8. We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or issues with third-party platforms and APIs that your automations depend on.
