  • The estimated timeline begins upon deposit and content receipt. Delays in feedback or asset delivery from the client may extend the project duration.
  • Scope Changes: Any significant changes in scope, features, or content after approval may incur additional charges and affect the delivery timeline. All such changes must be agreed in writing.
  • In the event of project termination by the Client after commencement, Funnal Ltd reserves the right to invoice for all work performed up to the date of cancellation. Charges will be calculated on a pro-rata basis and shall be payable in accordance with Funnal Ltd’s standard billing terms.
  • Funnal Ltd reserves the right to display the completed project in portfolios and marketing materials.

How long does the branding process take?

The complete process takes 4 weeks from start to finish. Week 1 is discovery and strategy, Week 2 is concept presentation, Week 3 is refinement, and Week 4 is final delivery. This timeline assumes feedback within 2 business days at each stage.

What do I need to provide to get started?

You'll need to complete our brand questionnaire covering your business goals, target audience, and competitors. We'll also need any existing materials you want us to consider and examples of brands you admire. Most importantly, we need your time for the initial strategy session.

What if I need changes after the project is complete?

You get 30 days of support included for minor adjustments and questions about using your new brand. After that, we're happy to help with updates or new materials at our hourly rate. Most clients find they have everything they need from the complete package.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, we offer two payment options. Standard is 50% deposit (£550) and 50% on completion (£550). Alternatively, you can spread the cost over 6 months at £183/month. The monthly option requires a signed agreement before we begin.

How do I know if I need a rebrand or just a logo?

If your business struggles with inconsistent visuals, can't command the prices you want, or looks amateur compared to competitors, you need a complete brand identity. A logo alone is like a business card without contact details - incomplete. We create comprehensive systems that include your logo, colors, fonts, and guidelines to ensure everything works together.

What file formats will I receive?

You'll receive your logo in PNG (for web), JPEG (for documents), SVG (for scaling), PDF (for print), and the original design files. Everything comes in color, black, white, and reversed versions. Your brand guidelines will be delivered as a PDF.

Can I trademark my new brand?

Yes, the brand is entirely yours to trademark once final payment is made. While we ensure our designs are original, you'll need to conduct formal trademark searches and registration separately. We can provide the files needed for trademark applications.

Do you work with businesses outside the UK?

Yes, we work with clients globally. All meetings happen via video call, and we share work through digital platforms.

What's included in the brand guidelines?

Your guidelines document covers logo usage rules, spacing requirements, color specifications (RGB, CMYK, HEX), typography details, and examples of correct and incorrect usage.

What if I'm not happy with the brand direction?

This rarely happens because we align on strategy before any design work begins. You'll understand and approve the strategic thinking before seeing visuals. If the execution needs adjustment, that's what the refinement phase is for - we work together until you're completely satisfied. In the unlikely event you want to cancel the project entirely, you'll only be charged for work completed up to that point on a pro-rata basis (25% after discovery, 60% after concept presentation, 85% during refinement).
